About Swimming

How to play

Swimming is a sport where individuals move through water using different strokes like freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly. It requires strong coordination, breathing control, and endurance. Swimmers race in pools over set distances, aiming to reach the finish line first. Proper technique and training help improve speed and efficiency in the water.
